Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, with no need to give a reason.

• Email [email protected] with your order number.
• Items must be returned unworn, with all tags attached.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Returns are free on orders of €150 or more: we send you the GLS label. Below €150, return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Returning it in store is always free.

Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if still sealed.
